Ingredients

  • 1 glass of almonds baked in the oven until brown
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 1 spoonful of lemon juice
  • Some spoonfuls of water until sugar is totally wet

Directions:

Put the almonds in an oven tin and bake until browned.

Remove and let them cool down.

Then grind in the multi.

Place sugar, lemon juice and water in a small pan or frying pan and stir until browned.




Add almonds and mix.

Prepare a grease paper and place caramel until cold.


Break into small pieces either in the multi or by hand.
