When buying pepperoncini or other peppers I usually have leftovers or when they are cheap I usually buy a lot and after washing and draining, I cut them in small pieces, divide them in portions I need for my cooking and place them in Tupperware containers, or you may place them in plastic bags if you prefer and place them in the deep freezer for use.

Even if the quantity we need is smaller, don’t worry because the ice breaks easily so we can take the quantity we need.
