		<description>Hi Bal and Cynthia, Happy New Year to both of you.&lt;br/&gt;Bal, actually ouzo is quite a different drink and even in Wikipedia they compare it to Raki, which is not correct.  However, I have found a lot of mistakes in Wiki and I always try and find more than one sources.  Raki, Tsipouro, Tsikoudia or Zivania are in fact the same.
