This sauce is also fantastic like the previous one. If you leave it to boil until the fluids evaporate you will make a great kiwi jam.
Ingredients
Preparation time: about ½ hour
- 4 kiwis
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 1 tablespoon water
Directions
Peel and cut the fruit into small pieces and place in a frying pan. Add sugar, water and brandy. Mix continuously until sauce is thick.
Leave it to cool down before serving.
