Wonderful ideas Ivy! What other meats have you made wrapped in grape leaves ... I have eaten fish and seafood wrapped in grape leaves but never anything other type of meat ... but I love this idea and want to try it ... seems elegant! I actually had stuffed turkey thigh today for our Christmas meal while yesterday we had baked fish, what is traditional in my native Hungary. Also tried your pomegranate mousse and Melomakaronas ... everyone loved them! =) Merry Christmas Ivy!
