Wonderful ideas Ivy! What other meats have you made wrapped in grape leaves … I have eaten fish and seafood wrapped in grape leaves but never anything other type of meat … but I love this idea and want to try it … seems elegant!
I actually had stuffed turkey thigh today for our Christmas meal while yesterday we had baked fish, what is traditional in my native Hungary. Also tried your pomegranate mousse and Melomakaronas … everyone loved them! =) Merry Christmas Ivy!
