I commented days ago but forgot to add what I thought some of the new ingredients are … I'd have to guess that the special chocolate flavour is Miranda/Nutella and that you used hazelnuts/fountoukia in the filling?

The melomakarona are absolutely beautiful, they look so tasty as well. For the filling I'm guessing maybe almonds?

Ivy, good on you for working on your own book! I will surely buy a copy.

As for your new cookies, inspired my Melomekarona…I say you formed the ridges with a fork (criss-cross pattern). There's pistachio there, dark chocolate. As for the other ingredients…some mystery in life is always good!
